VERTICAL FACADE CLEANING MADE EASY – WITH THE facadeBRUSH v-line

The facadeBRUSH v-line is the perfect solution for professional facade cleaning. It cleans a wide variety of surfaces and materials gently, effectively, and quickly. Its high area performance also makes it particularly economical.

Fast, environmentally friendly, and safe

The 1.55 m mechanical brush can be configured with various mounting options. This allows it to be flexibly attached to gondola and building access systems, as well as aerial work platforms. The facade cleaning is carried out vertically – i.e. from top to bottom – exclusively with high-pressure water, without any additional power supply lines.

Streak-free and sustainable facade cleaning

All water-bearing components are made of rust-free materials, which means that osmosis water can be used without any problems. This allows facades to dry streak-free after cleaning and leaves no marks on the surfaces.
This makes every facade cleaning process particularly environmentally friendly, sustainable and gentle – for permanently clean and well-maintained facades.

THE FACTS

500 m²/h cleaning performance

When done manually under constant load, a maximum of 50 m²/h of facade can be cleaned. With the facadeBRUSH v-line, this can be done ten times faster.

Efficient cleaning for time & cost savings

Thanks to a cleaning width of 1,550 mm, facades can be cleaned economically, quickly and gently with just one worker, without any physical strain on the operator. In addition, the high cleaning quality ensures reduced cleaning intervals.

Flexible in use depending on requirements

Our facade cleaning machines can be used flexibly on various facades: whether glass, metal or mixed facades. The machine is used vertically, so that cleaning is carried out from top to bottom.

Low maintenance – for a valuable property

Our cleaning system is not only low-maintenance and service-friendly. Cleaning and cleanliness also increase the value of properties. This allows permanent damage to be proactively prevented.

Different mounting options

The type of mounting can be configured flexibly. This means that the machine can be attached to different gondola and building access systems. When used with an aerial work platform, the brush can be attached to the work basket or directly to the platform. The cleaning machine is already approved for a large number of aerial work platforms.

Chemical-free for the best cleaning results

The special brush design, with its high rotation speed, ensures that the surface is slightly compacted. This can create a desired polishing effect. This makes the surface smoother and slows down re-soiling.

FAQ ABOUT THE facadeBRUSH v-line

This depends on the brush size used – in this case 1,500 mm – and the lowering speed of the movement system used, such as an aerial work platform or gondola. On average, the facadeBRUSH v-line achieves 500 m² per hour.

The facadeBRUSH v-line is available with various equipment options and starts at EUR 22,300 if it is to be mounted on the basket of an aerial work platform. Alternatively, it can be mounted directly on the frame of the aerial work platform or on a gondola system. These variants are priced at EUR 25,500.

The cleaning machine is operated via water pressure, which is supplied via a high-pressure cleaner. This means that a water connection and electricity for the high-pressure cleaner are required near the aerial work platform.

The facadeBRUSH v-line requires at least 12 l/min and a pressure of approx. 120 to max. 160 bar. Accordingly, the high-pressure cleaner should be able to achieve at least 160 bar due to the pressure loss when working at height.
