Whether glass, metal, stone or coated surfaces – with the appropriate facade cleaning devices, dirt can be effectively removed without damaging the materials. This ensures that the facade not only remains clean, but also retains its well-maintained appearance in the long term.
The h-line cleans various facade shapes with a wide variety of surfaces and materials horizontally, making it particularly suitable for facade cleaning with a horizontal structural pattern.
The 800 mm wide mechanical brush can be mounted on various access systems, such as aerial work platforms or scissor lifts.
The facadeBRUSH h-line works exclusively with high-pressure water and does not require any power supply for its operation. Thanks to the large brush diameter, not only the glass surfaces but also the frames in the facade are effectively cleaned in just one operation – quickly, safely and precisely.
Manually, under constant load, a maximum of 50 m²/h of facade can be cleaned. With the facadeBRUSH h-line, this can be done five times faster.
With a brush width of 800 mm, the work surfaces are cleaned more economically and thoroughly with less use of resources, less physical effort and greater work safety.
Whether metal, glass or mixed facades: The h-line can be used flexibly depending on the requirements. Thanks to the alignment of the brush, particularly horizontally running facades can also be cleaned mechanically.
The facadeBRUSH h-line can be flexibly attached to various work baskets and scissor lifts. In addition, the cleaning machine is already approved for a large number of work platforms.
Thanks to its high rotation speed, the special brush design can also remove stubborn dirt and ensure a slight re-compaction of the surface. The surface is made smoother by the use of the FacadeBRUSH, so that dirt cannot adhere so easily.

The cleaning performance per hour can be calculated depending on the brush size and the lowering speed of the work platform or gondola. With normal soiling, approx. 500 per hour (set-up times etc. taken into account) can be realistically cleaned. This is up to 10 times faster than by hand.
The smaller facade brush h-line costs EUR 18,800 excluding VAT (ex Works Gronau). In addition, there are accessories such as transport rollers or transport packaging or a suitable high-pressure cleaner.
The facadeBRUSH h-line is operated with high-pressure water and therefore does not require an extra power supply. Only the high-pressure cleaner has to be connected to the electricity or with alternative fuels.
The facadeBRUSH h-line is supplied as a complete system, i.e. it consists of a brush and the associated frame to attach it to a work platform.
